Wir haben im Jan./Febr. 2008 einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Neptune Resort verbracht.
Wenn man Ruhe sucht, keine Touristenrummel mit Einkaufsmeilen und Diskos braucht, dann ist diese Resort an der wunderschönen grossen Bucht von Weligama genau richtig.
Die Inhaberin des Resorts, Yamuna, die durch einen langjährigen Deutschlandaufenthalt, perfekt deutsch spricht, hat uns mit Ihrer liebevollen, hilfsbereiten Art sehr umsorgt. Der Service vom gesamten Neptune-Resort-Team war beispielhaft. Freundlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit.
Im kleinen Restaurant konnte man hervorrangend essen - besonders natürlich Fischgerichte. Yamuna und ihr Koch (wirklich Spitzenklasse für so ein kleines Restaurant) haben auch gerne Sonderwünsche erfüllt.

nun wollen wir uns doch auch mal auf Eurer neuen Homepage verewigen.
Eine sehr schöne Seite habt ihr hier ins Leben gerufen.. und eine Info an alle Sri-Lanka Reisenden..die Unterkünfte in Weligama sind alles andere als schlecht. Günstige Preise, sehr gepflegt, tolles Ambiente, sehr schöne Meerlage, sehr nette Deutsch sprechende Besitzer und vieles mehr erwartet Euch bei einem Aufenthalt im Neptune Resort.
Wir selber waren auch letztes Jahr für einige Tage dort und haben es nicht bereut...wir werden auch sicher gerne wiederkommen wenn der nächste Urlaub nach Sri Lanka stattfindet...
bis auf bald und bleibt Gesund.. und natürlich weiterhin viel Erfolg mit dem Geschäft...

This is my third visit to Sri Lanka and my favourite. Neptune is really a magical place- I came to surf, chill out and generally escape the London winter and stress and I feel totally serene now. The setting,the waves, the amazing room and especially the wonderfully kind, warm and helpful staff have made my short break here one to remember. I have never tasted a nicer fish curry in my life, I would definitely recommend it! The food is all suberb and cooked to perfection.
I am already planning on coming back next year and I can't wait!

we were lucky to be your first guests in the new guest house for backpacker.
the place is decorated beautifully like a fancy resort, but surprisingly good for backpackers budget.
you have a very warm hospitality and we love the cooking. it's defenitly the best place in weligama, highly recomended.

Thank you thank you, I had a fantastic holiday, I booked for three days and three weeks. Fantastic food and clean rooms right on the beach. I fully recommend Neptune Resort and the surrounding area for family's, surfers and those in search of a great holiday.

Had a wonderful time early December. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The rooms were amazingly clean and had some nice touches to it. Due to the close proximity to the road, there was a bit of noise when the busses did go by. Its right opposite the surf point. They also have a room to store your boards so its quite convinient.
